Slow Cooker Pulled Pork in the Morning
I just put some sliced onions in the bottom of the cooker, salt and pepper
the shoulder or butt, and that's it.
When it is falling apart, I take a fork to it, pull out any chunks of fat, drain
off the liquid, return the pork to the cooker, stir in BBQ sauce, turn the
temp to low and get out the buns.
Sometimes I reserve the onions for the sandwiches, and sometimes I don't.
