That's definitely something to freeze, Ophy. When cooking any soup,
it's almost as easy to make a ton of it at a time. I always cook soup
large then freeze in pint or quart containers to use in the future.
Frozen soup will last well for well over 6 months. When I make soup, I
end up with about 7 quarts. I always have some in my freezer and when
I run low, I'll make another batch.
