Wouldn't destroy perfectly good salmon in a loaf unless it was canned! This
is easy. Drain 2 cans of salmon and pick out the round bones. Place the
salmon in a mixing bowl and stir in 3/4-1 c. bread crumbs (enough to make it
a thick mixture), salt & pepper, 2 eggs, some chopped parsley. Add a couple
of dashes of dill weed to the mix. Stir all this together and then place in
a loaf pan. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until heated through and
lightly browned on top.
