I just got a 18-pack of eggs from Costco ($2.45) to make pastry cream
eclairs and cream puffs (both chocolate covered) for Christmas. The
recipes for both of the filling and the choux pastry vary widely so
I'm not sure which to use. I have never seen the shells sold in the
stores as that article says. Not that I would probably go that
direction anyway.
