My wife eats a low carb diet and she sure doesn't starve. She eats
generous servings of meat, eats bacon, eggs, full fat yogurt and lots of
fruit and vegetables. She rarely eats bread or cereals, drinks wine and
liquor, usually straight. She avoids soft drinks, juices and pastries.
She maintains her weight between 135 and 140.
