Fresh garlic doesn't always give me the result I'm looking for,
although 99% of the them, it does. I've got a creamy garlic
salad dressing that doesn't taste quite right to me unless it has
both fresh and granulated garlic in it. I've got a few other
uses for granulated garlic.
