Understood Jill. It happens. Me, I'm 132 today (Dr's appointment, got
weighed). The Doc is happy but says for my back, 120 would be more
optimal. Since I'm 5ft1, that is a reasonable weight at 120 and 132
isn't really that big for 5ft1. More like a pint sized size 14 (grin).
Until I hit my 40's, I struggled with being underweight. Almost got
pulld off shipboard duty when I hit a drastic 88lbs (normal then was
100 but CPO initiation can be stressful). I'll not see 100 again and
and do not WANT to be that thin ever again. I like the curves.
Cindy will find her happy point as well and I wish her joy.
Personally, I'm ok with 132 just fine. Doc is the one who says my back
will ease with a minimal loss. At 132 now, I've slimmed some 8lbs
since last check.
