That's how I feel about it.

I put a list in my fire safe where I keep my documents listing
where our assets can be found. If it's organized it should be
easier on whoever has to do it.

Yeah, I can only guess at the reasoning behind such a law but I'd
rather decide who gets everything or nothing, depending on my
personal circumstances.

That would be good for a laugh. I think you can decline an
inheritance but it's funny to picture that.
