I cook some garlic in oil then do a quick stir fry with the
broccoli...only about 10 seconds. I don't cook the broccoli, I just
like to coat it with that flavored oil before adding to the pizza.
Cooking the pizza is what cooks the broccoli a bit...and browns it.
