We used to live in Lynnwood. Sorry to hear it had degenerated to such a level. OTOH, I saw a couple of dumb-looking guys working in cahoots to rip off a circular saw from a hardware store. The cashier told one guy that his buddy tried to walk out with a saw and he said "waahh?" Then he told them to beat it. I guess the criminals have gotten a little better at their craft. Otherwise, it was a pretty peaceful scene - at the time.
