I agree about the fish, Janet. Blackened would make more sense if we
were talking about fish steaks. Then again, it's served over salad so
maybe then intend for it to fall apart and just look as if it was
"blackened". Perhaps they used some of Paul Prudhommes (died last year)
blackened seasoning. I don't plan on ordering it.
