I'm excited about it because Phoenix is a BBQ wasteland.
I ate several times at the one in Peoria, IL, when I was
there for the first few months of this year.
It was the third-best BBQ I had in Peoria.
It will be the best BBQ in Phoenix by several miles.
It would be about a 7.5 if it was in Dallas. There are
many places there which kick Dave's ass.
One trick is to mix the hot and texas-style sauces
together. This trick also works at El Paso BBQ, but there
you're talking about making a half-decent sauce to cover
a half-slab of radial tire. At least Dave's knows how
to put almost a full smoke on a bone.
