Not in the US north east... most homes where I live heat with hot
water baseboard, some with propane but most with oil. Very few here
heat with forced hot air... too costly in so cold a climate, hot air
offers no residual heat. Hot air heat works best in relativly warm
climates because that kind of ductwork works for AC too.
