No doubt. It'll be interesting to see how it does in PHX. When he
announced his expansion plans sometime back, I recall some public (stock
analysts?) speculation about his success in other parts of the country
-- where barbecue means different things to different folks.

We ate at the original place in Mpls many years ago and I was put off by
the "theme" decor and setting -- an overturned trash can lid for the
bones - something like that. I'm not a fan of contrived ambiance. I
want a seedy setting that's honest!! :-) Mind, I don't DISlike Dave's
ribs; I just like the Market Barbecue better. I WANT to chew. :-)
And when we do get ribs from Dave's (there's one about two miles from
us), we usually get take-out. :-)
