Liar! He is disabled. He got the disability *when* he retired. That would
be at 30 years which is pretty much forced retirement. They do seem to make
exceptions for really high up people like Generals and such but for most
military people, 30 years is as long as their military career could be.
They were actually encouraging early retirement and many did take them up on
it. And the rest of what you wrote are lies too.
