My father in law had pretty regular diet. He had the same thing for for
breakfast almost every day, yogurt with some granola, two poached eggs
with cheese and a couple slices of whole wheat toast with butter and
honey. He usually had his lunch in a restaurant or one of his clubs.
Supper was a couple crackers with peanut butter and a double martini.
Sometimes he had a second martini. He was very active and very sharp
until he died peacefully in his sleep a couple weeks short of his 95th
birthday.
