I'm making my 'spag bol' for dinner tonight, using ground lamb (which
makes the absolute best bol sauce IMO). Using canned crushed tomatoes,
tomato paste, some grated carrot, garlic and fresh herbs. I'm heavy on
the tomato and garlic in particular, as that's how I like it. Plenty
of freshly grated Parmesan cheese too, of course.

It's a bit after 11am, will start it soon and will gently simmer for
the next 6 hours or so it caramelises before serving.
