Or ask me. I may not have your specific unit but I've been at it for a
long time. I mostly use dough only mode then rise and bake outside the
machine now.
One of the oddities of the Panasonic is wanting 2ts more water per cup
than other machines. That may be the variation you are seeing.
I don't use pre-mixes ($$$$) but am happy. I have used a few when
there was a good sale and overall, wasn't unhappy to just 'add water'.
