I haven't, YET, made corned beef from scratch, but one of these days.

I need a large cooler, a freezer FULL of ice, AND the brisket,
and the bigger the better. Whole, of course.

Once its ready, I'll FIND some way to cook it, even if I have to
cut it up a lot.
