A 'whole' piece of corned beef is called a chub.
Point cut is fattier, but more tender and more flavor.
Sizes are 1.3 kg, and 1.6 kg.
Larger, flat cuts (flatter, more square, good for sandwich slices),
sizes 1.7 kg and 2.3 kg.
