It's not. :-)
1 can of the broth is 14 oz.
The proportions are still roughly 2 parts liquid to 1 part rice...

I didn't...
Pressure cooking rice works well with the usual 2 to 1 proportions.
The celery added some additional liquid. I have difficulty cooking rice
either microwaving or steaming. I get perfect rice every time with the
pressure cooker, and it's fast! :-)
