Welfare, public assistance, Medicaid, etc.

I have a legally blind relative that cannot work for a few reasons. He
get $500 for heat, $200 a month cash, $180 a month food, 100% medical
coverage.

Not a glamorous lifestyle, but the minimums are covered.
