This brings up a question I've had for a little while now. On Food
Network, Bobby Flay shills his "Boy Meets Grill" show by mentioning
that they're going to all the great BBQ capitals. Nevermind that BBQ
is defined differently all over. Texas -- sure. Kansas City I can
understand. Memphis, I get. But Miami? When did Miami become a BBQ
capital?
