Where is the tori?

"Yakitori" means "grilled chicken". The general name of this kind of
dish is "kushiyaki", grilled skewers. From what I gather, King trumpet
mushrooms are called "eringi", so, in this particular case, the name
would be "eringi kushi" or "eringi kushiyaki", I think.
