Well, dyed blond hair on a man is not proof of anything really, except
perhaps a touch of narcissism. I've seen a lot of young men with dye
jobs here in this college town. They're constantly re-inventing
themselves, it seems.

The surveillance photos seem to show a man with somewhat darker hair, and
someone (can't remember where) suggested the dye job was an attempt to
disguise himself. That says "sane" to me.
