We are much more advanced here. We have compost collection seven days a
week. Mondays is for watermelon rinds and corn husks. Tuesdays is for
apple and pear cores. Wednesday is for potato peels and onion skins.
Thurdays is for all other greens, including beet and carrot tops. ......
