I've heard other people say that before about reheated meat.
Personally I'm fine with it, as long as it hasn't dried out or
anything like that.

A roast lamb sandwich is to die for

Speaking of which, I have some lamb defrosted, I think I'll make a
braise with it. Cold wet and windy here, probably close to minor
flooding at this point. So a day for staying indoors and cooking
methinks.
