I tend to slow cook duck, as I do a lot of meat and it comes out great
for me. Roast duck is good too, although it requires a little more
care than a chicken.

Turkey to me is at the opposite end of the spectrum, and a little too
bland for my tastes. That's not to say I can't enjoy turkey though.
