We broke another heat record. So we went out to eat but late, so it was
hard to find a place with AC that was open. We went to a Mexican place in
Woodinville, not even realizing that it wasn't the same place until I looked
at the sign outside. I noticed something on the computer about the VIP club.
Buy 8 meals and get a free one. I asked about it but they all seemed
confused. They registered me but then gave me a coupon for a free meal.

I then noticed after we sat down that the menu had changed.

I can't say what's going on. Same bowls, plates, flatware, tables and decor.
Seemingly all new front of the house staff. Menu was more limited but what
we ordered was similar to what was on the old menu and tasted the same. Pico
De Gallo also had cabbage in it like at the other place. They did have
different hot sauces on the table. Husband called and wanted dinner. We
thought he should come up there and finish our food. The portions are far
too large, just like the old place.

We shall be availing ourselves of their AC if our summer plays out like it
has been. Lots of places to shop near there and even a movie theater. And
their service is super slow which normally isn't a good thing. But is very
nice when the main reason you are in there is for the AC.

Husband had some marked down Chinese takeout from Haggen. It was well after
10:00 p.m. by the time we bought his food so it was slim pickin's.

I will be going into the kitchen soon to make pasta salad for tomorrow.
