Good for you. Suggest continuing that way. Jarred Old English Cheese
spread is neither old nor English, but it is a spread. In this case, it
is process American cheese emulsified with enough water to make it
nearly pourable. No need to refrigerate until opened. High in sodium,
high in fat, high in dietary cholesterol.
