I'm with ya all the way. 'Cept for the grits. I just can't "warm up"
to those suckers. I think that it may be a texture thang.
And, yup. omelette's with a mildly spicy salsa are great. I tried it
once when we needed to do a grocery run and eggs and salsa were about
all that was left. It's one of the main ways that I eat 'em after that.
