Curly leaf parsley has a wonderful taste and is sweeter than flat
leaf. With its grassy taste I can understand using it to battle
something like oregano, otherwise, curly is great. Of course, I grow
my own, so I have fresh picked parsley at all times. It may be that
if you have to buy your parsley that flat leaf stands up to sitting
around in the refrigerator case better.
