Roy, on getting sick that's about properly processing it, and
explicitly the reason why so many grind their own.

Some use an electric knife to cut off a thin layer of the outside (cook
that separately), others use a mild bleach solution to kill anything on
the outside. I use the bleach method. 1/4 TS bleach to a gallon
water. (I only grind beef and pork here)
