They are quite similar, but not exactly the same - a bit 'nuttier', I
would say. We like them.
I also like using different colours of carrots - almost-white, yellow,
dark pink, purple. Although - if serving a mixture of colours, I always
do the purple ones separately - if you don't, they will stain all the
