Not that good. I received 3 emails today with that line that all had
infected attachments. A really free antivirus software (clamav) on my
server detected and quarantined them. And clamav doesn't advertise. Even
when it scans OUTGOING email on my server. It just quietly does its
job--and does it quite well.
