Hmmmm. All of the grocery stores around here have a vestibule (I don't
know what else to call it) where the shopping carts are stashed. There
are doors from the outside to where the carts are, another set of doors
to actually enter or exit the store. Such a design provides some buffer
from extreme heat & cold outside.
