Nuts to that. She moved her from some Muslim country, some of which
force women to cover up. Call me old fashioned, by I expect immigrants
to a society to adopt some of the basic ideas of that society. The
niqab is hardly the symbol of freedom and tolerance. For many, it is
more a symbol of intolerance and impression. She would not ever take if
off for the few minutes it took to take the oath.
