Lucretia was talking about both hijabs and niqabs (which are pretty
much equivalent to burqas). I couldn't tell which one you were objecting
to. Most of the Muslims around here are pretty Westernized, although
I don't often get to Dearborn, which has much higher concentrations of
fresh immigrants.
