That has been gone here for decades. Under the 401k rules, everyone
eligible gets the same contribution by percentage. President or
janitor, it the company contribution is 5% we all get 5%.

As for wages, many (most?) companies have and pay a rate for a position
be it man or woman, but there are still abuses. Having worked for only
four companies in my 53 year working career I can't speak for what
others do. I still see mens jobs and womens jobs and I guess there
always will be to some extent. I don't have a problem with that, it is
mostly a matter of choice. Very few women want to be truck drivers, but
if they do, the opportunity is there.
