Is it Prime? You can be pretty sure it is Select at best for the price.
Nothing wrong with leaving it out as there is no deception involved.

Good advertising. I imagine some people are eating it or it would be
discontinued. I seldom order a steak or prime rib unless it is at a
place known for the good quality stuff. I'd never get either at a pig
trough kind of place. I have low expectations at a place like that.
OTOH, there are some people that think that fare is just great!
