I've forgotten SPAM in the microwave for a couple three days, still
perfectly fine, just call it dry aged... I'd think an opened can of
SPAM would be good at room temperature for a week to ten days... I
think SPAM contains enough salt to de-ice the roads here in the middle
of winter... force a pea sized bit into auto locks and they wont
freeze and they'll be well lubed.
