I just realized Iron Chef America seems to have been discontinued,
or on hiatus or something. I liked watching those real chefs, altho
the time limits were always a gimmick.

One of my favorite chefs is Amanda Freitag but she currently shows up
only as a judge on various shows. But I have real hair-envy when I
watch her (speaking of hair). Burrell's doesn't bug me at all. I live
in a university town, so see lots more extremes than hers. ;-))
