Pretty much because my husband refused to rent. We really didn't have enough
money to buy a house and it wasn't a good time to buy in this market. But he
was being bull headed. We really had no other option. It was either buy this
or be homeless. After the fact of course, the reasons for the lowered price
became glaringly obvious. But... We have gotten most of those problems fixed
now.
