One call may not do it. Call again. Make noise. Go up the ladder.
For crying out loud, if things are really that bad, ask your neighbors
to join in and call the police, too. The more voices the better. Would
you like someone from RFC to call the police for you? My point is only
you and your neighbors can do anything about it if this is going on in
your neighborhood.
