Since you're not a low carber, or a diabetic, you should Google BG spikes in
response to empty carbs and associated hunger if you really want to know. I
am not going into all of it in this newsgroup, since we are not a medical
newsgroup here even though we get drawn into it at times. Bottom line,
people should eat what they want, how they want and not worry about how
others choose to eat...we especially do not need the government to tell us
what to eat!
