She just posted about changing a door knob. She said "we" (RFC) made it
sound so easy. But it didn't fit! Took her two days!

Guess what? When you go to buy a door knob you take measurements.
Check the size of the face plate, the strike plate, etc. If necessary
take the old knob set with you to the hardware store and ask for help
finding one to replace it. All it takes is common sense and a
screwdriver. Truly.
