I love doing chicken on the rotisserie. My wife's favourite recipe for
me to cook on it is Indian chicken. It works very well with small birds.
I stick an onion, a couple cloves of garlic, salt, pepper and cummin
into the food processor and mush it up. Smear the mixture inside and
out and let it sit for at least an hour. Then stick it on a spit and
baste with melted butter (or olive oil).
