I can't be bothered just for myself to trek round multiple
stupidmarkets so use the one nearest my abode. I realise they are
tracking me, but each week I get personalised offers, either money off
or extra air miles in email, I sometimes add or subtract from my list
but it serves my purposes well.
I have made a point of emailing them back when something greatly
displeases me and they are pretty quick to remedy it. Recently I went
to get carrots and they were all from Mexico or the USA, so I didn't
buy any at all and bitched about it. Now my favourites from PEI are
back on the shelf.
