I would say you are the one going to chintzy diners:
Price range
Under $10
Service is average. Tables, plates and silverware are quite dirty. The
food portion was really small. The poached egg was perfectly done.
However,due to the uncleanliness of the restaurant, it's not healthy for
one to eat in there. Tried it first time and won't be back.
