I expect the arrival of the chipotle haters any minute now.

When I want chipotle mayo (usually trying to put together a
quick sandwich for lunch and get back to work), I mix powdered
chipotle with Hellman's mayo. Or just spread the mayo on the
bread and sprinkle on the powdered chipotle.
